This year Golden Globe Awards is the 78th Golden Globes Awards winner 2021
which awarded for excellence in film, both American and international, and American television.
“The Crown” an American TV series won the most awards for the ceremony with four awards.
For the first time in the history of the Golden Globes, the nominations were announced virtually, following the current safety measures during the Covid pandemic.
As previously announced, Satchel and Jackson Lee, children of filmmaker and three-time Golden Globe nominee Spike Lee and producer and philanthropist Tonya Lewis Lee, will serve as the 2021 Golden Globe Ambassadors.

- Best Director, Motion Picture-Chloe Zhao, (for Nomad land)
- Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama-Andra Day (for The United States vs. Billie Holiday)
- Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy-Rosamund Pike (for I Care a Lot)
- Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture-Jodie Foster (for The Mauritanian).
- Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama-Chadwick Boseman (for Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom)
- Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy-Sacha Baron Cohen (for Borat Subsequent Movie film).
- Best Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture-Daniel Kaluuya (for Judas and the Black Messiah)
- Best Screenplay, Motion Picture-Aaron Sorkin (for The Trial of the Chicago 7)
- Best Original Score, Motion Picture-Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, and Jon Batiste, “Soul”
- Best Original Song, Motion Picture-“Io Sì (Seen),” “The Life Ahead”
