RRB Station Master Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
There are a total number of 4 stages in the selection process for the post of RRB Station Master Recruitment 2026 will be done by following steps:
- Single Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
RRB Station Master Recruitment 2026 Exam Pattern
The recruitment process shall involve Single Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) , Computer Based Aptitude Test and Document Verification/Medical Examination.
The languages listed are English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Medical Standard
The prescribed medical standard for the Station Master post is A-2. Candidates must satisfy the applicable medical requirements for appointment.

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Candidates equal to 8 times the number of vacancies (RRB-wise) will be selected from each of the communities i.e. UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST and EWS (including ExSM) for the CBAT.
- They shall be short listed based on their performance in CBT.
- Such shortlisted candidates should produce the Vision Certificate in the prescribed format as per Annexure VI/ Annexure VIA in Original during BAT, failing which they will not be permitted to appear in the CBAT.
Document Verification (DV):
- Based on the performance of candidates in CBAT, a merit list will be drawn with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in CBT and 30%weightage for marks obtained in CBAT.
- Candidates equal to the number of vacancies will be called for Document Verification as per their merit and railway options.
